"I can't eat pizza without no meat!" I used to hear friends say. I used to think the same way until my husband and I had agreed to give meat a break for a while. I got tired of eating old plain cheese pizza, so I began to add some new ingredients to the mix. At first I experimented with putting onions and green peppers. Then as time went on, I went really wild with it adding all sorts of things that you can see in the videos below. The store that I get my cheese pizzas from had a deal for five dollars in the first video, but they no longer sell large pizzas anymore. I guess people caught on. I made pizza from scratch before and the recipe works just the same. You don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy, and its low sodium, just use non salt based seasonings. Fruit and Veggies used - Broccoli, Baby Spinach, Onions, Mushrooms, Pineapples. Seasonings Used - Cayenne Pepper, Old Bay, Dried Onions, Italian Seasoning, Season Salt, Black Pepper, Sesame Seeds.
