Chykara is a Independent Web Developer, Game Designer and Programmer that works from the comfort of her home.
She has created websites since the early age of 15, without realizing that she had a knack for making online content. It started out as a genuine hobby, like many other things, but then became serious when she met the man of her life. A lot of changes took place when they met, which resulted in a drastic Lifestyle Change. While attending Stevenson University in her Senior year for Computer Information Systems, she decided that it was best to drop out, and to find other alternatives to reaching her goals and passions. Already with this was a world of grief from society because to others, getting a degree was very necessary to have a decent career and humdrum lifestyle. Chykara did not believe that going to school was the only way to achieve great success, and with what she had learned over the years was more valuable than sitting in a classroom for four years to come out with nothing but internships and entry level tech support jobs.
Still with great triumph, Chykara continues to fight and stay encouraged to continue down her tangent path, still learning, and still motivated by those that support her. She has always been stubborn and curious to find other paths that others take that are not common. Along with her daily duties of maintaining websites and making games, she aspires to be a linguist, and to share her experiences and other hobbies with the world, so that it will motivate and encourage others to have multiple goals, take chances, make mistakes, question things and most importantly, have a mind to think for yourself.
The articles that she writes for this site are based solely off her experiences. As informative as they are, Chykara is not a professional, and has never intended to be. This is a site to encourage people and motivate others to stop talking and start doing. In more ways than one, she is a real example of living an Alternative American Lifestyle (Self Employed and Working from Home). No scams, no cost, no jokes, no stunts, and no bull.... just straight talk!
